Cancellation Policy

All private training sessions at FrontLine Academy are scheduled by appointment only and are designed to provide personalized instruction based on the student’s experience level, goals, and training needs. Booking & Approval All bookings are subject to approval by FrontLine Academy. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation of a training session. Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to reserve your training session. Remaining balances are due prior to or at the beginning of the scheduled session unless otherwise arranged. Failure to submit required payment may result in cancellation of the appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits and may require a new deposit before future bookings are accepted. FrontLine Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Arrival & Preparation Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled session time. Depending on the training session, students may be required to bring: Valid identification Eye and ear protection Appropriate closed-toe footwear Personal firearm and equipment (if applicable) Specific equipment requirements will be communicated prior to training. Safety Requirements Safety is the highest priority at FrontLine Academy. All students must follow instructor directions and comply with all firearm safety procedures at all times. Any unsafe behavior, negligence, impairment, or violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Legal Eligibility By booking a training session, clients affirm that they are legally permitted to possess and operate firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Liability Waiver All participants may be required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any training activities. Right to Refuse Service FrontLine Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training services to any individual for safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, suspected impairment, or failure to comply with policies and instructor guidance.
